Using Promptory

Step 01 — Install

Get Promptory from the App Store. No account, no onboarding. The first tile is ready to go.

Step 02 — Add a widget

Long-press the home screen, choose Promptory, pick a size, and lock the layout. That tile is the app — tapping it counts up.

Step 03 — Customize

Open Promptory itself to rename a tile, change its color, set a daily reset rule, or move it to a new home-screen page.

Step 04 — Wear it

Add Promptory as a watch face complication. Quick taps from the wrist are now part of the count. The watch and the phone stay in sync via iCloud.

Step 05 — Export

Promptory lets you export a plain CSV at any time. Open Settings → Export. Your data never leaves the device unless you choose to share that file.
