Ready is built by a one-person studio. Replies usually arrive within a few days.

What support cannot help with

Because Ready is intentionally non-predictive, the following are out of scope:

• Telling you whether a state is “good” or “bad” — every state is neutral.
• Explaining why a particular state appeared — the engine is constrained-random and does not read your mood.
• Recovering history from a previous installation — Ready 1.0 stores data locally only.

Reset or wipe

Deleting Ready from your Home Screen removes all calibration history and preferences. There is no cloud copy.
